Ok...

Bartosz is got a point... GMT+2 is cool because is just in the middle
and that is the most democratic for all our fellows arround the world.
Guilherme is got another point also, because UTC is not subject to
daylight saving time changes, you can easily have the utc time with
the date command and it looks like its a pattern for some open source
organizations, like Ubuntu.
All of them works fine for me, and I think that the 2 hours difference
is not a huge difference, but yet, we need to decide. Then, I propose
a poll here to end this discussion.
Folks, send an email to this list with your preference. I'll be
receiving the votes until wednesday, and them I'll set the wiki with
our official time zone.
