I think I can fix the bugs assigned to UmitWeb in its current
milestone, and release vertion 0.1-RC1 until saturday.

There are some new features I'd like to highlight in the new version:

- Web server address and port can be changed in umitweb.conf
- UmitWeb setup is working fine now, you can install and run UmitWeb
event in Linux, Windows or Mac
- Some features on umitweb.conf can be configured via Management
Console (windows only)
- Better JSON Parser
- Other little fixes

I know UmitWeb seems not so active last months... I'd like to
apologize for not working so hard on Umit. I've passed hard times
here, but now I'm coming back ;-)
