Well, I didn't understand your proposal. Each computer where you insert a
pen drive should be install a application? And are you planning listening
USB bus or something else?
And target machines? Is it a security application?
Could you give more details about your proposal?

I'm not sure if your proposal is inside the scope. But may be your proposal
it's a good idea. But as I know (it's a official information, I guess)
preferences ideas pass by Bluetooth Sniffer, Quick Scan, Umit Assistant,
Umit Report, etc.

But if you write a nice proposal and you proof that it have really interest
for community I'm pretty sure that it have a good chances to be approved.
You should add in your application something new and innovative.
