Neeraj, you have distinct a difference between an ideas and proposals.
Ideas are more like free-thinking about some issues that would nice to
implement or support or extend or whatever. Usually they are not
completed and they need more well think over. And if you like some of
that, that's a way for you. To think about your favourite idea, think
about pros and cons, and make a good well thought out proposal. If you
think that that tool for Dashboard is worth, you should explain in
your proposal why. Of course, questions are welcome, but in my
opinion, you as a student should show us a way of your idea. It's even
better than simple asking what is better A or B. Just write why A is
better than B, why B is better than A and how you would like to handle
with it.
