Yes you're right. Adriano knows that contributors tested the patches
attachment in tickets before it was committed. He imposed it in the past.
And there are nothing to contest. But contributors can fail also, and users
can test it by the other side.

I'm taking care of some tickets now. Thanks for people that contribute for
that.
There are some bugs related to Nmap Output reported by Bartosz and João
Medeiros, may be someone have interest in invest time fixing it, because it
could help in their project.
