Here is what we're going to do: mobile agent will sent only the plain html for 
statistics, and the desktop agent will send the same plain html + a gzipped 
package with all media that html makes reference to. Since people will be most 
interested in previews of censored sites, the media package will never go 
beyond a few hundred KB.

I'm finishing the messages proto def with zubair right now. This has taken much 
longer than we could afford for GSoC. Will share a doc with the resulting proto 
defs in a while with you guys, and will create the repo to have it to be shared 
with all projects.

Once I have everything set (including the higwidgets) I'll provide you with the 
proper info to make use of this.
