Hi Oguz,
Site status was never closed. I developed it as a personal project, but
never had the chance to make it available through Umit because I couldn't
find the time to finish it and leave it in a shape where people could
easily use it. Here is the public repository where you can find the code
(not fully working):

In june we'll be moving this code to github. Right now, it is in our git
repository and it doesn't have public read access, although you can see the
code through redmine.
