Hi,
I am Abhinav Misra, a second year undergraduate. I want to contribute to
"Packet Manipulator". It is based on PyGtk2 .I want to propose a project
in which I will port it to Gtk3. Projects like these have been a part of
GSoC and this is something that will be needed down the line. Can this be
included as a project and I be the one who works on it ?
