I have moved linuxboot into the main unattended distribution. So in the next release it will live in unattended-4.0/linuxboot. The "../bootdisk/..." is trying to refer to the bootdisk directory parallel to the linuxboot directory in the main distribution. Your best bet is to check out a current copy of the entire distribution from CVS; we have done a lot of work this week.
