G'day all We have encountered a problem using the linux boot cd on a new motherboard ASUS M2N-MX both with APCI (which we worked around) and lacking support for the network card (and hence can't access the server).
I gather that the linux boot image needs updating - seems to be at least 2-3 years old. I did try the 4.7pre version out there. So I am intending to work on updating this. If someone has a solution or knowledge that the the boot disk is being worked on, please let me know asap. -- David Miller, BSc, MIS Managing Director Crosscape Technology is a service mission helping Mission IT Consultant other cross-cultural ministries with their Information Linux/Unix Administrator Systems needs, both in Australia, and overseas Crosscape Technology Ltd - The Cross of Christ impacting the World through Technology Mobile: (+61-)416-18 3349 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Member of Missions Interlink NSW http://www.crosscape.com.au Australian ICTA Affiliate http://www.crosscape.net.au/ - Learn about our Internet and Telecommunication Products.
