I've done some updates to adobe-reader.bat, updating all the languages that
were in there to 8.1.0 or 8.0. I haven't included all languages as
available from here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions_nojs1.html, but
have made some substantial headway. There may be some small typos left in
there.
