I do not have a problem with it using debian:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/unattended/install/tools$ ls -l /bin/sh
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 2007-04-10 19:38 /bin/sh -> bash

I do know about other distributions, so if everyone check theirs and 
they are happy I can change it no problem.
