Hi, Only a couple of scripts seem to affect RC4. So I think that we can release 4.7
I am a commiter on the ASF, and they have rules about how to do a release. see: http://forrest.apache.org/procedures/release/How_to_release.html So I do know if you have rules as well here. Their vote process mainly is that people give a vote +1 = yes -1 = no. So if you want, you can vote, with a mayority of positives votes I would release a new files on the sourceforce project page.
