Is there a reason CONFIG_FEATURE_DD_IBS_OBS is not set in busybox-config? Enabling that turns on the conv= option as well as ibs= and obs=. I'm currently using conv=notrunc in a post-dosemu command to fix hard drives using 240 heads rather than 255.
