I think the problem is that the long filename is being truncated to an 8.3 length when it is copied to the workstation. The installer goes looking for the full, complete filename it's been renamed to something like "WdfCo~05.dll". At least that's what appears to be happening to me this week with some Vostro 1400 laptops I'm trying to get installed.
