What code is in german? Installing grub will not solve the problem, grub also loads only the bootcode from the FAT partition. And the bootcode will load the ntldr... For the install the ntldr is known as $ldr$ (... as far as I can remember...). So simple try to compare the boot codes on the same system with different install methods. You can also send me the files directly, I will take a look into it.... fixmbr is for the mbr, not the boot code.
