only allowing registered users, will work if you have a email
verification system for new users. If you allow anyone to register and
write you only fill your userlist with bot generated users. If that is
the case you can have a writegroup, of trusted users. It would still
fill your userlist with botgenerated users, but atlest they can not spam.
