I'm not sure what version I'm on so I'm going to do a fresh install, but in the future how do we update the database (MySQL) tables to the newer version? I tried just running setup.sh but it did not update the database with new tables/fields.

Feel free to ask me for the link. The vmware image is free and there is only OpenSource software (mainly GPL licensed) installed. The vmware image is based on gentoo (http://gentoo.org), a high customizable Linux system.
