Hi,
i tried using the old linux-config with the kernel of RC4 (2.6.25.2): HDD
was still not found => The config ist not the problem.
Then i tried the current config with kernel 2.6.26.6, by editing the
Makefile: The HDD was found => Installation works now.
I would be nice to see kernel 2.6.25.6 in RC5.

yes take the linux-config to a previous version, build up the linuxboot
and report it back. Maybe we should not enable all those sata drivers...
