well, to tell you the truth, some software like flash and picasa have not got a version number on the url and the version number depends on when the file was downloaded. See this line: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe|packages/macromedia/install_flash_player_9_0_124.exe It is safe to asume that when I change the version number on the last bit it means that at least the version number is higher (9.0124 or higher) so if you delete the install_flash_player_9_0_124.exe you will pick the new version in your systems without problem.
