This is probably the same issues being discussed about the tftpboot. The thread was titled "Re: how to make tftpboot (with reply to ML of Unattended too)".
There's a list of steps in one of the posts in that thread, and it should be available in the list archives. You may need to grab a Ubuntu live disk though...
