Thanks for your offer. Even figuring out what needs to be documented would be a good help. It is hard to say exactly what is most needed for new users. If you can remember what parts weren't obvious for you when you started that would be some of it. The other main part would have to do with what gets asked about on the mailing lists. One thing that I remember getting confused with at the start was that there were basically two different ways to initially start the installation. 1) with DOS, and 2) with Linux. I think that most of the initial documentation was writting initially when there was only the DOS boot disk. Now there is also the new installer that doesn't use DOS at all and has all of the new features. Quickly looking in the documentation on the site I couldn't find it. Somehow I found out about it, but I can't remember where. It is probably easiest if you submit patches to the current documentation. That should make it easier to merge changes into the main tree again.
