I ran across Unattended just a few hours ago. I have been searching for
something like this for quite some time. I have been going through the
installation guide, which is one of the best written guides for open source
software that I have dealt with. I am very limited in my linux experience so I
installed on a Win2k3 server. Everything was going well until I get to the
last part of Step 5 'Populate packages directory.' This steps seems to give
commands in a Linux format so I am not sure what to do here. I do have an
Ubuntu Desktop machine I could use to remotely run these commands on the share
but I don't have a clue how I would connect in order to do this? Any help
would be much appreciated.
