It works fine for me.
I did install those packages before ie7.bat:
flash.bat
firefox.bat
thunderbird.bat
openoffice.bat
sun-jre.bat
adobe-reader.bat
spybot.bat
try to avoid office2003.bat before and see if that makes a change.
I have this modifications as well:
