Using both the 4.8 and 4.9rc4 linux bootdisks on a Toshiba Portege 4000,
the boot stops with the message

e100 0000:00:0a.0: firmware: requesting e100/d101m_ucode.bin
e100: eth0: e100_request_firmware: Failed to load firmware
"e100/d101m_ucode.bin": -2
}}}
The file `/lib/firmware/e100/d101m_ucode.bin` does exist, but presumably
the firmware loader is not using it, or it is somehow incorrect.
