I was looking at the ticket for tracking Win7 progress (http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/unattended/ticket/3) and saw it hasn't been updated in 4 months. Is this still being worked on? I used Unattended quite extensively a number of years ago, and I'm just now getting back into it, but if there's anything I can do to help test or further this project, I'm willing to give it a go.
