Yup, that's my fault; the regular expression I had in the unattend.txt
parser was too strict.  I have fixed unattend.pl for the next release,
which I am planning to make in the next day or two.  (No, really, I
mean it this time.)

Your on-board SCSI hardware almost certainly has a BIOS, and DOS will
use that (INT13 interface, possibly with extensions for large disks).

Yes, I have :-).  The SCSI disks I used were already supported by
Windows, so I did not have to mess with all that Txtsetup.oem garbage.
They worked fine from DOS without any special drivers.

You only need SCSI drivers to access SCSI CD-ROM drives from DOS; the
hard disks are handled nicely by the BIOS.  No release of Unattended
accesses the CD-ROM at all, except during boot; we do everything from
a floppy (real or virtual) and the network.  I believe some people
have modified Unattended to perform OS installation from CD, and they
did have to add appropriate drivers.
