Hi,

We are trying to use unattended 2.4 with a samba server (2.2.7a).

We have our test client booting fine with PXE, but when it tries to map
the z: drive it is rejected by samba.

Connecting to the samba server via smbclient from another machine works fine.

If we change the autoexec.bat file to use "net start" instead of
"net start basic" the drive is mapped OK.

Is there a reason "net start basic" is used in the scripts?

Is anyone using unattended "out of the box" with a samba server? If so,
perhaps you would be so kind as to share your smb.conf with us?

Best wishes
Lars
