Hello,

I've found a way how to build floppy images on windows.
First of all you need Cygwin http://cygwin.com
One trick is that you have to set Default text file type to Unix in
Cygwin setup or mtools will not work.

Second thing that you need is mtools.
Binaries for win32 can be taken at
  http://kos.enix.org/~d2/mtools-3.9.6-w32.tar.gz
or you can take latest source version at
  http://mtools.linux.lu/mtools_toc.html
  or
  http://www.tux.org/pub/knaff/mtools/mtools_toc.html
  and build it.

To build iso image you will need cdrtools, binaries for win32 can be
  found at
http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/utils/schilling/cdrecord/alpha/win32/cdrtools-1.10-win32-bin.tar.bz2
or
http://drew.intercarve.net/archives/cdrtools-win32/cdrtools-1.10-win32-bin.tar.bz2

Last thing you need is slightly modified makefile (in attach).
