One option is to use the copy you have, then rely on Automatic Updates to
take things the rest of the way.

You can always obtain the latest copy of anything in the project from the
CVS repository.  SourceForge even has a pretty Web interface to it.  For
example, this is a link to the current version of
winxpsp1-updates.bat:

/scripts/winxpsp1-updates.bat?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

The "rev=HEAD" part ensures that this link will always refer to the most
current revision of the file.  (Well, almost.  The Web interface accesses
the read-only copy of the CVS repository, which can be out of date by up to
24 hours.)
