had some horrid .ISS type installs, if you can give me some idea of how it is
failing (error message - that kind of thing) then I will see if it rings any
bells

The software is the one supplied with the hardware, and there is an .ISS file supplied as well.
Usually the installers with an .ISS file is accepting the -S -SMS but this wont, I've also tried some other switches just out of the head but I've failed,
Does anyone have any idea??
