Hi,

I have updated to version 3 and really like the improvements. Previously I
could not utilize the post install features because of the required
anonymous access. Glad you found a workaround (even if it isn't really
secure). The other change I really liked was putting the option for select
all and done for the drivers at the beginning, as a just feed unattended an
answer file.

Now that I am using the update feature, I ran into some problems with it:
1. I had to remove the .reboot from the end of each install line in
winxpsp1-updates.bat to get it to work. If I kept it, it would only logon
once, install an update, then reboot. It would not logon again after that.
Each time I logged on manually, it would repeat the process. If the system
needs to reboot after each logon, I guess it needs to keep track of how many
patches it is installing, so it can set an auto logon count.

2. This is probably related to 1. After I install it and
winxpsp1-updates.bat gets executed I then ran windows update. It says that
I need to install the following patches. However, they are part of the
patch process:
KB824105
KB824146
821557
819639
823718
817606

One last minor problem was with fixtz.pl. I didn't set anything up for this
so I am not sure if that is my problem or something is wrong with it. In
any case, it creates an error in the Event Viewer.

Thanks again for the work you guys are putting in. I really appreciate it,
keep it up!

Brad
