I'm having a go with the new u-3.4 prepare script on an XP box running cygwin.
 
The download bit works really well, but rather than writing to the named sub-directories, the scripts puts all the files in the root of the install directory.
 
For example:

It seems to be processing the "wget source -o destination" as three download requests. Do I need to modify something in Cygwin to sort this out?
