For anyone interested, I've posted some scripts on OpenOffice.org that span from my unattended batch file through automated, sight unseen multi-user installs. The user doesn't see anything or do anything until about ten seconds after their initial login when the tray icon appears and it's ready to go. My post date is 03/27/2004, so it's very close to the end of the thread (page 4).
