"fdisk_confirm" should be "0", not "n". Maybe we should be more
forgiving, but that would be work :-).
"format_cmd" needs to be "format /y /z:seriously /q /u /a /v: c:" for
Unattended 4.0 or later. (The FreeDOS folks changed the switches to
format. Sorry about that.) I have fixed the example in
advanced.html.
When you say it asks for confirmation for fdisk_lba, do you mean it
still prints this question:
1) Large (>8G) disk support (normal)
2) No large disk support (required for some broken BIOSes)
