Hi,

I assume the reason you want to use the dell CD is to have all the drivers
'prepped' for you.

I did look down this route but didn't really get anywhere, what I ended up
doing was placing 'normal' drivers under the $ structure and then running
the display driver etc (drivers that have setup programs, and associated
tools you may want installed) as a unattended setup, most of dells stuff
runs as a setup.exe and can be installed silently with minimal fuss
