Win2003 Server:
1) Open the DHCP MSC Snap-in
2) Right click on the server and select "Set Predefined Options"
3) Click Add
4) Fill in something like:
Name: Unattended
Data Type: String
Code: 233
Description: Unattended options for user, pass and install share
5) Click OK
6) Set option in appropriate DHCP Scope.

The two basic principles of Windows system administration:
For minor problems, reboot
For major problems, reinstall
I reinstalled and it just flies
