Probably "creating lame upcase table" and "creating lame lowcase
table".  I did not bother nailing /usr/lib/upcase.dat and lowcase.dat
onto the CD because I had this fantasy about saving space.

It was a silly idea.  Fixed in next release.

That is strange, since this has not changed between releases.

What HAS changed is how we mount the share.  We switched from a
read-only mount to a read/write mount.  I am considering reverting
this change and adding a boot-time option to allow a read/write
mount.  The install share really ought to be read-only...

I will see if I can find time to make this change and roll a new test
release tomorrow.
