Sounds good. You (a) set the BIOS to boot from HD first and (b) the next boot device (or whatever it's called) is netboot. In normal operation boxes boot from HD. When you want to re-install, you use a program to zap the HD's boot-sector. Now it doesn't boot from HD anymore, next boot device ist PXE => you reinstall. :-) Might work?
