Or use the Office Resource Kit to create a "Transform" file, this may be what
Matthew suggested. You can use the ORK wizards to create a Transform file
that basically tells the installer what to do, even to the point of where to
place the shortcuts and how MS Outlook should be configured.
I believe the Office Resource Kit comes on the CD.
