Hello,

I just tried to install Windows2000 Professional SP4 using Unattended, and to my surprise, I was asked to enter Product ID key and confirm Computer name and Administrator password.

Product ID and Administrator password were already in /install/lib/unattend.txt:

[UserData]
    ProductKey = AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE

[GuiUnattended]
    AdminPassword=mypassword

Of course the Product Key was a correct value.

What am I doing wrong that I have to type ProductID manually, and confirm AdminPassword with enter / mouse click?

Here is what unattended web site says: [UserData] ProductKey=XXXXX-YYYYY-ZZZZZ-00000-11111

NOTE: Prior to Windows XP, this key was named "ProductID".

So this means ProductKey=... is understood by Win XP only. For Win 2000, you should have used ProductId=...
