Hi Tom,

You might try adding the following option: /f %windir%\inf\ntprint.inf
This tells the command which inf-file to use. In this case the local one. 
If the printer you're installing is listed in there, it should help.
If not, try searching the inf files for your printers type and use that 
file instead.
