Sysworksoft.net has several, freeware, VNC related applications that,
although I haven't tried them yet, sound promising.
"VNCPWD.EXE is a command-line tool that allows you to change the password
used to access VNC desktops on local or remote Win32 platforms. This tool
may also change the password stored into the VNC files created by the VNC
Viewer program."
