OK. I've got everything communicating.
Just a question of how it works. I boot PXE, format
and it copies the WinXP files over. Then a reboot
happens.

Should I go to Local (harddrive) or PXE?

If local, it gives me a choice of Previous OS or
Upgrade/Install OS. Selecting the 2nd tells me its
FAT .. do I want to convert to HPFS.

Either selection I choose --- when it starts to setup
Windows I get a notice that it cannot find the CD.

If I should boot PXE a 2nd time, what do I choose???

Thanks!
