Not happening for me... Did you make any changes at all to sun-jre.bat? According to the docs, the "NETSCAPE6=1" option is no longer supported, but it does not seem to cause any problems. Things to try: REBOOT=Suppress instead of ReallySuppress /norestart instead of REBOOT=...
