Are you trying to use script-update with config.pl?

The script is intended to deal with the install/scripts directory 
(and subdirs) only. config.pl resides in install/site

Could you please post more output, especially lines where wget is 
called by the script.

You should delete all .???.tmp (??? is the process id) files that ary 
lying around in the scripts dir.
