Awesome...thanks!  :-)  So I just put this in the spybot.bat script, something 
like:

todo.pl "c:\Progra~1\Spybot~1\SpybotSD.exe /taskbarhide /autoclose /autoupdate
 /autoimmunize /autofix /autocheck"

Is that right?  And I'd put it before the install line because of how the stack 
works?
