I personally use this deploy tool here:

http://home.comcast.net/~ifrit/FFDeploy.html

It allows me to customize default user settings, autoinstall neccessary
plugins like Flash, include our organization's SSL certificate and
customize all of the buttons.

All of this would be hard to do otherwise since Firefox saves it's
settings to text files in $USERPROFILE\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox.
