[Unattended] newbiw question

I'm sorry to bother with a newbie question but I really want this to work.  I ran my first unattened install and answered all the questions like product key, computer name, domain, etc.  It was my understanding that any subsequent unattended installs would run using this information and not ask all those questions again.  I am finidng this is not the case.  Am I doing something wrong or is this how it is supposed to be.   It just doesn't seem very unatteneded if you have to attened to those questions everytime.

I understand the syntax of unattend.txt and I have even created an unattended install using a floppy with the unattend.txt answer file and the server 2003 install disk.  I was hoping this product would solve how to do a nework install w/o the floppy and the cd

I would love to talk to someone more indepth either via phone or email that understand how this is all supposed to work.
