Sorry if this is the umpteenth time this has been posted, but:

On a 2003 server, the usage for cacls would be:

c:\> cacls c:\path\to\unattended\install /T /E /G guest:R

opposed to:
c:\> cacls c:\path\to\unattended\install /T /E /G:guest
on the step-by-step.

R = read only
W = allows read & write (creation only)
C = allows read & write (edit files)
F = full control (read, write, edit, delete)
